Sculptra Aesthetic is a poly L-lactic acid FDA approved in August 2004. Sculptra is indicated for facial fat loss, it is my choice for volumizing hallow temples. The result is gradual and builds collagen over time, giving the patient a subtle rejuvenated appearance. Sculptra requires a series of 2-3 treatments every 4-6 weeks and lasts up to 24 months.
